We provide compassionate, evidence-informed support through mobile and telehealth appointments — ensuring flexibility, continuity, and client-centred care.

Occupational therapy helps you build the skills and confidence to participate in everyday activities that matter to you.
OTs work alongside you to identify and overcome the barriers impacting your ability to engage in daily life — whether at home, in the community, or at work or study. This might include things like cooking, personal care, shopping, socialising, building friendships, or getting out and about.
Through ongoing assessment, your occupational therapist will explore:
- What you can currently do and what you’d like to do
- Any limitations or challenges you're facing
- Your personal goals and motivations
- Practical strategies to make tasks easier, safer, or more independent
Where helpful, your OT may also recommend and prescribe assistive technology (AT) — from simple tools to complex equipment — and ensure you can use it effectively. The focus is always on providing a complete, tailored solution to support your independence and quality of life.

Supporting applications for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and other NDIS-funded home and living supports. - Assistive Technology (AT)
Prescription and applications for a wide range of equipment — from low-cost items to complex wheelchairs and seating systems. - Home Modifications
Assessment and recommendations for minor and major home modifications to enhance safety, accessibility, and independence. - Capacity Building Interventions
Tailored therapy to build skills in daily living, energy conservation, sleep hygiene, emotional regulation, and psychosocial wellbeing. - Training for Support Networks
Practical training and education for families, carers, and support workers to ensure safe and effective support for the participant.

Our therapists currently service inner metropolitan Melbourne, Bayside and South Eastern suburbs. We prioritise the Kingston and Bayside areas, while also supporting clients across nearby regions based on capacity and need.

Subcontractor - Senior Occupational Therapist
We are currently hiring experienced Occupational Therapists who are passionate to work with adults with either or all physical, developmental, cognitive disabilities and mental health conditions.
Your job SHOULD be one that fits into YOUR life. You will be paid in hours worked - develop your own caseload to maintain work/life balance and optimise variety in your role. Work as much as little as you like being in charge of your workload, whist still having administrative support and paid administration time.
Your role may include a mixture of:
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Home Modification/ Safety Assessments
- AT Prescription
- 1:1 intervention sessions - functional retraining, carer training, goal setting and individualised therapy provision.
- Assessing suitability of current and potential housing solutions

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Masters of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration
- Australian citizenship/ right to work in Australia
- Australian drivers licence
Desired Requirements:
- Experience working under NDIS, HCP and DVA framework
This role is better suited to experienced therapists, but those new in their career are welcome to apply as we offer extensive support.
