Individualised therapy approach to help you achieve your goals
Allied 4 Health is a Melbourne-based mobile Occupational Therapy service supporting adults with psychosocial disability, neurological conditions, complex physical needs, and trauma backgrounds. We provide compassionate, evidence-informed support through mobile and telehealth appointments — ensuring flexibility, continuity, and client-centred care.
SMALL CHANGES, BIG DIFFERENCE
We believe that meaningful outcomes often start with small, focused changes — tailored to what matters most to you.
RELIABLE
We are consistent, timely, and dependable. We understand the trust you place in your support team and take our role seriously in helping you achieve your NDIS goals.
GROWTH & LEARNING
Our therapists engage in ongoing professional development to ensure you receive the highest standard of care, grounded in the latest evidence and aligned with best practice.
KNOWING OUR LIMITS
We work within our scope of practice and collaborate widely. If another therapist or allied health professional is better suited to your needs, we’ll connect you — because getting the right support matters.
NAVIGATING LIFE'S COMPLEXITIES
Life is never simple or straight forward and we recognise that other complexities need to be considered in therapy provision. Many of our clients are navigating layered challenges — from mental health, trauma, and housing instability to system navigation and carer stress. Our clinicians bring deep experience in supporting people through complexity with respect, persistence, and practical problem-solving.
Occupational therapy helps you build the skills and confidence to participate in everyday activities that matter to you.
OTs work alongside you to identify and overcome the barriers impacting your ability to engage in daily life — whether at home, in the community, or at work or study. This might include things like cooking, personal care, shopping, socialising, building friendships, or getting out and about.
Through ongoing assessment, your occupational therapist will explore:
Where helpful, your OT may also recommend and prescribe assistive technology (AT) — from simple tools to complex equipment — and ensure you can use it effectively. The focus is always on providing a complete, tailored solution to support your independence and quality of life.

Our therapists currently service inner metropolitan Melbourne, Bayside and South Eastern suburbs. We prioritise the Kingston and Bayside areas, while also supporting clients across nearby regions based on capacity and need.

We are always on the look out for likeminded, intuitive and self-driven Allied Health professional's to join our team.
